REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must remain in unused, original condition, with intact original packaging, tags and accessories attached.

Return Shipping Fee

For quality-related return issues caused by our side, we will bear all return shipping costs. For voluntary returns initiated by customers for personal reasons, customers shall be responsible for the corresponding return shipping expenses.

Refund Processing Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned commodities to confirm they meet return standards, we will initiate the refund procedure. The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the settlement rules of your payment institution.

Partial Refund Rules

Items that are damaged due to improper use by customers, missing original accessories or unable to be resold will not be eligible for full refunds. We will negotiate a reasonable partial refund plan with customers based on the actual condition of the products.
